He arrived on time on the designated day, with a helper, and repaired the problem lights in my unit, providing explanations of what failed in each of the four fixtures/switches. Then, he moved to the garage and fixed the very large fixtures in the 20 foot high ceilinged space. (He had to rent a ladder to do this part of the job.)
