"Installation was a breeze.  The workmen were punctual and professional as they set about moving furniture and removing the old carpet.  In the process of laying the new pad, the workmen found a small area in one corner of the flooring that was in fairly poor shape because of my cats.  They let me know what the problem was, and they went above and beyond their scope of work by repairing the flooring and even painting it with Kilz before continuing with the carpet installation.  I was extremely appreciative that they took enough pride in their work to fix a minor problem so it would not adversely affect the finished job.  They cleaned up beautifully, and the the finished look is exactly what I wanted; the choice of carpet is soft, warm, and inviting.  It's now my favorite room in the house, and I would not hesitate to use Floor Coverings International again."
