"When our hot water heater failed and the home warranty company denied our claim, I was contacted by Dennis through this site rapidly. . He explained all options, took his time to ensure I understood what needed to be done and the costs associated with the job. We decided to go with Dennis at 5:00 on a Tuesday. They were on site Wednesday morning and had the job completed (tankless water heater install with LP hookup) the same day. They even stayed over to explain the settings, operation and maintenance requirements of the new unit, and walked through the warranty as well. Work site was left better than when they started. They even corrected an issue with my crawl space de-humidifier without prompting. Being in the customer service business myself, I would want nothing less from my employees than what Dennis and son provided. 8 out of 5 stars given."

"I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He responded as if he had completed these type of projects countless times in the past. Without even looking at it he gave me a quote right there over the phone. After doing some research I knew that it was a very reasonable one so accepted it immediately. He then told me that he could pick up a new unit and be at my house by around noon. He was actually pulling into my driveway before 11:00 AM. He finished the whole removal/installation process in under two hours and filled me in on everything that he did. He was intelligent, personable and quick. I'd give him 7 stars if I could. This gentleman is truly a class act!"

"The service tech identified the issue and was able to find a part and have it installed the same day."

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues."

"Chris and his assistant today, Robert, were professional, courteous, and honest. I scheduled them to change out water supply lines on 5 toilets in our new home. Chris assured me that the lines installed were of high quality and did not need to be changed out. I have plans to install a water monitoring system and will definitely use Cape Fear (requesting Chris, of course) for the job. I highly recommend Chris and by association, Cape Fear!"

"Excellent, friendly service. Mike was in and out in no time. His prices are quite good and he was flexible with my requests for upgrading the water heater. He uses one of the top tier quality brands. It was a pleasure working with him."

"Edwin came over straight away and fixed my water heater in the same afternoon"
