"We had an excellent experience with Certified Restoration Consultants! Guy and Nick responded immediately, and during the estimate showed us they were professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. They treated our home with care and respect, walking us (and our family) through every step of the process as they worked on our garage and kitchen. The whole team was punctual, thorough, and left everything MUCH cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with mold issues—these folks go above and beyond!"

"These guys did good job with my crawl space. They had to remove a lot of very moldy insulation in space that was crawl only height. They showed up when they said, confirmed and best of all the price was reasonable. Prices were all over for this job and while theirs was most affordable, the work was well done. Professional and trustworthy. They were also competent, efficient and came with the needed respirator, and Tyvek suit to handle this toxic job. Thanks JImmie!"

"A water pipe burst and flooded my entire downstairs overnight. C and Z came in with multiple fans, dryers, and dehumidifying equipment to dry out the floors and walls. They then fumigated the area to prevent mold and mildew. They also cleaned and or replaced the air ducts in my crawl space under the house. Corey was very professional and respectful. He kept me informed with status update reports as work progressed. I would definitely recommend C and Z for your emergency service or mold removal/prevention related projects."

"Molekulair came to us highly recommended from friends who had house water damage and toxic mold growth. In summary, their work was excellent. All the staff and technicians were professional, prompt, hard working, and communicated each step in the process. We had an environmental health inspector do a before and after air and surface testing. Had high levels of mold before work began, then after, all was back to normal.
I would highly recommend Molekulair. They made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.

FAQs for toxicity and mold removal projects in Clayton, NC

Remediation should keep mold from returning as long as the moisture source is eliminated. Fix leaks, control humidity, and replace water-damaged materials, then schedule periodic inspections to stay ahead of new growth. With those safeguards, your home can stay mold-free for the long haul while protecting both health and property value.

Most pros recommend leaving the home while they work on mold remediation. Removing mold stirs up airborne spores that can aggravate respiratory issues, and contractors can work more efficiently in an empty space. A short, temporary relocation keeps everyone in your family safe and lets the crew finish the job without interruption.

Mold shouldn’t return once the moisture problem is fixed. Stay vigilant: repair leaks right away, keep humidity below 50 percent with a dehumidifier placed in damp areas, and improve ventilation where needed. Routine checks for leaks and mold and quick repairs go a long way toward keeping your home mold-free.

Mold spores can trigger nasal congestion, throat irritation, coughing, wheezing, eye irritation, or skin rashes. People with asthma, allergies, or weakened immune systems often feel the effects sooner and more intensely. Some molds also release mycotoxins linked to serious respiratory or neurological issues. Swift remediation and better ventilation are the best defenses.
