He always asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I would rate the communication between Jason and us as average to slightly below average. My biggest hang up with the whole process was how we got the final invoice. I would suggest if you add or change anything in the scope of work you get a price of the change or add at that time. I feel we paid 2 times as much as we should?ve but since we didn?t require a cost before we said yes I guess that?s on us. I?m not one to haggle over cost. I?ll pay it but I may not be a return customer."
