The cost was competitive, and we received five quotes. Nick was the first contractor to give us an official in-person quote. He took the time to walk through our property, identified a few possible challenges in our project, and made sure to note them so the team could ensure a high-quality installation. "Tyler got the job done right, and went above and beyond. Deck flooring and railing replacement project. Quality of workmanship and materials was superior. Tyler listened to my ideas and proposed different solutions at different price points. He even painted the deck uprights, and went out of his way to replace a corner siding trim piece that was loose and in rough shape from a previous repair done by someone else. I would definitely hire Tyler again."

"Roomsmith displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout the entire project, from poor communication and constant delays to shoddy workmanship and a blatant disregard for trash left on our property. They failed to return calls/texts promptly and sometimes we didn’t hear back from them for weeks. We experienced frequent delays, ignored concerns, and not taking responsibility for issues like ordering the wrong window (and their professed ability to obtain this exact window is one of the reasons we chose them). They also completely overlooked part of our project (a small closet turned into a pantry) by not ordering any shelves even after the cabinet company told them multiple times that they never measured for them. They overlooked details like the floor transition not being flush and part of our old door frame wall is still there and shouldn’t be. Our project didn’t seem like a priority, more like an afterthought that they didn’t care about. They did not adhere to project timel"

We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us.
