The quality of their materials, the design and installation being all done by their professional, trained, and experienced employees (no subcontractors), they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a 4.8 out of 5.0 rating with Google was why we selected West Shore Home. Their sales representative, Annemarie listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. She suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed design. She explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of work. The installers, Edwin, Evan, and Coltin were on time for the removal and installation. They explained the process before starting the work and provided updated progress information. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. It was our experience that Wests Shore Home was friendly, honest, responsive, and dedicated to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. Wow.... were we impressed with Dan.

We have good renters in our duplex and needed the bathroom completed in no more than 3 days. Dan scheduled and worked with the plumber, marble, demo, permit, inspector and finished the bathroom in 2 days. Dan and his subcontractors were very, professional, respectful and clean covering all work areas. Our renters only had to shower at their gym 1 day. FANTASTIC!!!! Rare to find someone that follows through, is clean and does a great job! Dan was not least expensive, but the extra 300.00 was well worth a no hassle worry free job. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

"Ricky, Ryan, Trapper, and Brandon did a great job installing our new shower. We live in an old home and the shower had previously been re-done, but the tiling job wasn't good quality, so we had problems with water leaking through to the walls and floor. 5-star did a great job replacing all the parts that had damage, and they did a superb job installing the shower and making sure that it was completely sealed.
