Their sales representative, Annemarie listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. She suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed design. The installers, Edwin, Evan, and Coltin were on time for the removal and installation. They explained the process before starting the work and provided updated progress information. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. It was our experience that Wests Shore Home was friendly, honest, responsive, and dedicated to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. "I am incredibly impressed with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. We had a leak in our shower, and were unable to simply repair the leak without ripping out a whole bunch of stuff. We decided to go ahead and update the bathroom and went with 5 Star. Kim was excellent in helping us design a bathroom that kept our current footprint. I am going to tell you it was quite expensive, (I'm still struggling with the cost of it, but it's part of life now I suppose) but you definitely get what you pay for. Ethan, Brady, Ron, Ben, and Austin did an excellent job. Communication in a job like this is key for a concerned homeowner, and these gentlemen always let me know what was happening and answered any questions I had. To be able to have one contact person and our new bathroom almost compete (waiting on custom shower glass!) in under two weeks has been amazing. I looked into doing the bathroom myself, but there was no way I had the contacts - or time - to go with a bunch of general contractors, plumbers, electrical, tile people, etc. Having one group complete the entire bathroom was so wonderful. I was comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They even took care of my dog when she got a little clingy due to a thunderstorm.
