"I am not a happy customer. I'm not unhappy. I am an accommodated customer. I have four disappointments. I understand how a pool works, but this was my first remodel, and we were going big. Concrete swim-out bench in the shallow end, new tile, heater, new pump, new filter... I wanted a NEW pool. The first issue was the dedicated vacuum line. My pool has one, but it was abandoned. I wanted it fixed. I was told in the quote process that it may cost more to fix it, I said "let me know." The next I heard was at the end of the project when I asked about it and was told they found a leak and abandoned it. Legacy offered to rip up my new deck and address it if I wanted and I almost cried. They actually did have to rip up a small part of the deck to install a new skimmer because it was in the quote. I expressed concerns over drainage around my generator and A/C from the beginning and had to yell at them to get that done. I still have wood shims under the unmounted pump. *sigh*"

We accepted and 1st of the next week a technician ( Hunter) came and did and outstanding job. His workmanship and professionalism shined in one of the hottest days this year. After finishing the job which was new filter, pump, salt system and heater/cooler he explained how it all works. I have recommended this company to my family members and would to anyone 100%."
