"Andy and his crews were amazing! They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and immediately began jack-hammering and digging. Their employees are the hardest-working bunch of guys I've ever seen. At one point I told the foreman, Andy, I couldn't believe how hard they were working but what a mess! Andy said "by the time we're done you won't even be able to tell we were here". I thought "Yeah right". When they were done, the guys starting raking the dirt clogs from our yard, washed down the stonework around the flower beds and the sidewalk. They then poured new concrete right in front of our front door. The guy went over it 3 or 4 times to make sure it was smooth and then brushed it so it wouldn't be slippery. Then they insisted on fixing some stepping stones in our side yard that they had to break up for a couple of piers. They even replanted some of my flowers! Sure enough, you could not tell that our whole yard was a disaster area earlier that day. I have already recommended them to friends!"

From the beginning with Brian coming to do the assessment and estimate visit, all the way to the ease of scheduling the post-work plumbing and structural inspections. Foundation repairs can be incredibly daunting and scary to think about, and I was genuinely losing sleep at night imagining how bad the assessment was going to be and what could be wrong with my house. But as soon as Brian broke down the amount of work that needed to be done and why, I knew I was in good hands with Pinnacle and I immediately felt peace of mind. While foundation repair is never fun (or cheap), it's nice to know that there's a company out there that cares about doing the work that is best for you and not trying to sell you anything you don't need. And the pricing for the amount of work done was very reasonable. Every time I tell anyone the price we paid for the work done, they're always impressed at how low the cost was. The day that the work was done was very stress-free as well. Miguel and Miguelito were incredibly kind, transparent, and clear with their description of the work and what I was to expect throughout the entire process. They started the work around 8:30am and they were completely finished by 2pm. They allowed me to walk around and take pictures as much as I wanted, and they were so kind as to take the extra dirt they had dug up and mounded it up by my house to help with the drainage and mitigate the erosion near the foundation. They went so far as to knock on my neighbor's door and ask them if they wanted them to do the same to their house with the excess soil free of charge. Above and beyond, I say. They were also incredibly tidy and took great care to put everything back exactly how it was before. The crew seemed like they were having a great time together while they worked as well. The concrete work they did to patch the holes they had to cut out is holding strong and it was very smoothly done. Pinnacle even got the third party plumber and structural engineers to call me to schedule the post-work inspection. The structural engineer said they did a fantastic job as well, so that was further confirmation that I went with the right company. I hope I never have to use them again, but I will 100% be recommending Pinnacle to anyone who ever needs foundation work done. I couldn't be happier with the work they did."
