A few hours later he had completed the job (all tiles are now white) and he very carefully explained when we would be able to use the bath again - how long the curing process takes - and left detailed instructions on care/questions. Almost 3 months later, I was cleaning the bath and found two small spots that were not fully white. Seriously, they were so small that they only way I saw them was on my hands and knees cleaning the corners. But - once found - they loomed large in my mind. I called Eastern. They set up a follow-up appointment. Daryl came back out and corrected the issue and all is well.
