"I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else. Company owner Raul, demonstrated exceptional expertise and provided valuable feedback throughout the project. "My house has a long living room/dining room and I have been using the dining room part as my home office. I wanted to have a divider wall with a framed doorway put in to officially separate the 2 rooms. I know this is a small job so some contractors were not interested. However Joe Powers told me he could do my job between some of his larger jobs. He did it in 3 days spread over a week. The wall was framed, taped, and textured and new electric outlets were put in. Everything went according to plan and looks great! Joe and his assistant were prompt, professional, and courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. If I have more jobs, I would definitely hire them again."

"Jeff and his team knew what they were doing. They repaired a very problematic leak and replaced broken tiles on the roof of our 2-story house. They also proposed a unique solution to cap off some decorative external wood beams on the front of the house that were collecting water and exhibiting signs of wood rot (something we didn't even realize was happening). The ceramic tiles on our house were hard to locate, but he was able to find the correct ones, and we have some spare ones left over. It's been 6 years since the repair and we've had no issues."
