"Furnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old. The noise returned, and we will have Eric install the replacement in a couple of days. We are happy to be repeat customers because he was professional, prompt, and helpful during the first visit."

He worked around our busy schedule, showed up on time, completed the project and cleaned everything up when done. Couldn’t be happier with his work. He even took time to cover my guitar collection so it wouldn’t get dusty during construction. Biggest challenge was finding the proper 220V wiring (house was built in 1937) and installing a new circuit breaker in the panel box. Everything works great! "It was a little complicated. As far as the plumbing work, that went fine. They're a little bit high pressure on their service contract. I ended up signing for a service contract for $15 a month. It's an automatic withdrawal so I have to wait for a year to undo it. I just wanted my plumbing fixed. I don't want the service contract. It was a simple job. They're polite. I ended up paying an additional $200."
