I called him for pressure washing and ended up going forward with having him paint my interior walls after asking if he could help and showed so much care and dedication to the process. Jay did wonders with the pressure washing, removing 5 year+ stains that no handyman or myself could previously remove. And then helped me pick the paint colors for the house, prepare the area for painting with covering furniture, did an amazing job with the painting, and even helped me put the area back together. "EXCELLENT!!! Based on other reviews, I reached out to Paradise to troubleshoot an issue with flickering lights. I was shocked when Tim offered to troubleshoot the issue for free, despite estimating it could take 1.5-2 hours. Tim was prompt (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), wore a mask (COVID), was courteous, and determined the issue really quickly. He entertained answering all of my electrical questions, came up with the best path forward to resolving the issue, and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs. I will definitely be having him complete the recommended repairs! It is hard to find tradespeople like Tim in DC; available, knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, a professional who takes pride in his work. "Matt was prompt with his response to our request for an estimate. He worked within the rates provided by the penny pinching insurance company. He stayed in contact with us throughout the two month long project. He took a bare stud and concrete gutted basement and turned it back into a great living space. He was flexible as our plans changed. The guy is a true jack of all trades. The project took longer than we wanted, but not all of the delay was the contractor's fault. He was also amenable to our expectations that minor defects be fixed. <br /> We intend to employ him again to work around our home. <br />"

"Contacted Jimi at Mailbox Express (of Northern Virginia) and he took the time to explain different mailbox post models, colors, and numbering options. Coordinated a timely date for installation and the day of Jimi texted me his enroute status and arrived on time. He painted post (selected brown) on site. Mailbox itself was extra large and of quality, high grade material and construction. Concrete at base was used to ensure long-term fixture and metal address numbers were painted (recommended silver on dark colored post) and nailed to flag side of post; also, adhesive / sticker style address numbers were placed on front of mailbox. Entire job took less than an hour. Overall, Jimi was extremely nice and his workmanship and attention to detail (e.g., paint, number symmetry, and post leveling, etc.) was truly outstanding! As a retired military officer, I can say without reservation that if you are in need of a new mailbox with post, you can’t go wrong hiring Jimi at Mailbox Express - thank you Jimi!"

"He was good. I was very pleased with him. It took him a while to get the shelves made. I know it takes time to do that but I was pleased with the results and everything. He quoted me a price and then when it was time to pay for it they had some difficulty and I forget what it was but they raised the price on me but it wasn't like a whole lot that they raised. The quality was very good. It did take them quite a while to get back to me."
