"The quality of the work was excellent but there are a few things that were very aggravating. Work was often done without notification and when we were not on site, this caused various problems. Example - a new window had to be cut in an existing bedroom. This was done while we were away and without notification. We returned to a major 2 day cleanup of the clothes in the closet and the floor. This project then went unfinished for weeks which meant no one could sleep in that room. Another issue was a change in the project manager so some things were not done as requested and had to be re-done. However, despite this and the long delays due to lack of a manager, we are still very pleased with the overall project, the company's honesty, and the quality of the work. We would hire them again."

I must of left over 20 messages and nothing, then one day after 3 months I called using my wife's phone and he answered and apologized saying he accidentally blocked my number and he would get right on it. "I signed a contract with this company in Aug 2024 & paid a deposit of $9,905 mid-Sept. I got renderings based on a design I provided, but none depicted all the details discussed & approved. By Dec 2024, I was pressing for a start date. However, my cabinets were never purchased. I was told there was a cost discrepancy & I would need to pay another $4K before they would order them. I challenged this since I had already purchased the sink, faucet, and hardware the contractor was supposed to supply. Nothing ever happened, and Nate (project manager) stopped responding. In Jan 2025, I requested a contract cancellation & deposit refund. I was offered a partial refund contingent upon my signing a statement that the cancellation was based on mutual agreement, willingly, and without coercion. I filed a complaint with the FL DPBR since their conduct violated FL Statute §489.126. I also hired an attorney to get my money back from this company. Their business practices are very shady. BEWARE!"
