When Joseph showed up to look at my problem, he fixed it rather quickly. But he went further and looked at all my wiring including the circuit breaker box. George and two other workers showed up and replaced all the outlets in the house, installed a dedicated outlet for the microwave, installed two smoke detectors and two carbon monoxide detectors, and replaced all the circuit breakers.
