I offer more than just repair services to your home. I offer peace of mind. If and when you hire me, you hire with the confidence that you will be treated honestly and fairly. I don't take on jobs that I have no business doing. I treat my customers with the respect that they're owed. I show up when I say I'm going to and I follow through with my commitments. I keep a meticulously clean work area and I'm willing to work around any needs of my customers. My passion is working on people's homes. I know it means a lot and it takes a lot to invite someone you don't know into your home. It takes even more to offer them your hard earned money in hopes that they respect your home the way it should be respected. My goal for every project is to give my customers the best contractor experience they've ever had. Your home is sacred to you, which makes it sacred to me. Every project I take part in is more than just a job. It's a relationship and an experience. With me, your home is in good hands.

"They did some install work for me at a very reasonable price, with very good quality. I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly, highly recommend them."

"Repaired shower handle and cartridge"

"Alex did a good job. He removed the old tile that was cracked and installed new. Great job of communicating. Floor looks great. Cleaned up the dust and debris afterwards. Very pleased with his work."

"It seems so rare these days to find a company that does what they say, but Floors Sag or Shake is one of those companies. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak. Floors Sag or Shake was also responsive after the project. A few of the footings still had the wooden forms attached and the vapor barrier had shifted a bit. The crew came back out and quickly took care of both issues.

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

The service was alright. They did what they were paid to do. However, they tore up a lot of lawn to accomplish the task, as they use a back hoe (another company we had come back out in may only used a shove- "Banks"). We had them (Mr. Rooter) out a month earlier to do the same service as the drain field was not emptying the tank.  At this point, Mr. Rooter tech advised we needed a whole new drain field estimate 12,000 to 15,000 dollars. Was not happy to say the least. We paid Mr. Rooter to set up soil sample as required by code. Three weeks later, they still had not come out to take sample and tank was nearly full again. Called and cancelled soil sample and had Mr. Rooter refund the charge for this.

At this point, got on Angie's List and looked for new septic company. Tried JC but they couldn't make it out for a week....business is good when your highly rated on Angie's List. Anyway, went to next high rated provider - Banks. They came out the next day. Two guys with shovels and truck. Pumped the tank and gave me some advise on how to keep some water off of the drain field, redirect down spouts from the gutters. Also showed me with steel pole that drain field was saturated but obviously working. I fixed the down spouts and have not had a problem with drain field or septic tank since.....oh almost forgot.....I didn't have to come up with 12 to 15k for the fix.....

So Mr. Rooter isn't a bad company, they did pump the tank as charged BUT....got to watch all the little charges they throw at you....extra water pumped, extra hoses needed, etc....you need a new drain field.....didn't have any of the that crap with Bank's. Both times Rooter came out they charged me over $700.00, Bank's was only $280.00 and they were in and out quickly with minimal lawn damage

"Wonderful! He changed out 3 fixtures and added a plug. Would highly recommend!"

"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! The guys at Free Emergency Plumber.Com even helped when dealing with my insurance company. Start to finish they handled just about everything for me, all I had to do was sit back and let them work. Amazing company, Amazing people, I highly recommend Free Emergency Plumber.Com."
