"I needed to determine where the sump pump french drain ended and if it was clogged up. Two other people had attempted and advised me that I should dig and re-route the drain. They also stated the drain was crushed under ground. This did not satisfy me. I located Hydro Physics on the internet, filled out the requested information and received a call from John. John was great! He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He determined where the end location of the drain was. (Covered up with sod) Also, mud was clogging the drain. He removed the mud and referred me to a company, if I want to change the routing of the drain"

"Courtney Miller was the Service Specialist that came to our home to take care of a clogged kitchen sink. This young man was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. After asking questions to determine exactly what we had tried prior to his arrival he determined the best course of action was not to try and use the snake directly down the sink, but into the PVC line in the basement leading outside. It took awhile before he cleared out the clog in the line, making sure nothing leaked out onto our basement floor. After having me run hot water into the sink for quite awhile to insure the line was fully cleared, he suggested how we could use basic maintenance to keep the drain running clean in the future. Courtney is a great representative for your company and I will contact him again for any future problems."
