I called Reddi to come out and look at it and unfortunately my furnace was beyond repair. Matthew not only got me set up with a new one he was able to modify my duct and raise my furnace a good distance off the floor (which i was told by multiple people that could not be done, which made me skeptical that it couldactually be done) not only did he make sure it happened, he was confident and knowledgeable in this. His install crew Greg and Diego knew what they were doing and performed the work just as Matthew said. No hesitations or complaints. "Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "They were prompt to respond to the quote request and showed up the next day. Which was good because my kitchen faucet was leaking as was the cold water shutoff valve. That promptness was the main reason I went with them. The guy that showed up, Will, seemed knowledgeable and was polite. My issue is that he showed up as a professional with basic tools to change the faucet in a kitchen sink. I have better tools than I saw him using. One example is that he was tightening the nut on the bottom of the new faucet that secured it to the sink with channel locks instead of a dedicated faucet installation/removal tool. The other issue I had was the lack of parts in the rather nice new panel van he showed up in. Maybe that's a new thing in the industry but I would have expected a few basic parts to be stocked on the truck. To be clear I didn't have a bad experience, it just wasn't a very good one. They did the job but if I had to do it over again I would have gone with someone else."
