"first let me start by saying how happy I am that the first place I called didn't call me back and I was able to find this company! Our garage door broke on Thursday, March 31sf around 7 pm. It would not open more than about a foot from the ground. We called the big name service and no one answered. They didn't even answer their "emergency" line. Talk about frustrating! We use our garage door to get in & out of the house, we never use the front door, we don't even know where our house keys are. So to us, this was an emergency. The next day, Friday April 1st, we still didn't hear back from that place we called, so I came to Angie's list to find someone else. The 1st place listed under "Garage Door Repair", had several reviews and had a great rating so I called. I left a voicemail for the guy who was listed as the contact. He never called back even after me expressing how important it was we get it repaired ASAP. (Which still have not heard from him and today is Saturday)  <br>The first company did call my husband back and quoted him and said it would be after hours to send someone out that day and would cost an additional $50! Well luckily by the time this happened I had already found Neighborhood garage door service and saw that they don't charge extra for same day service. So I called and spoke to Nick. What a nice guy! So friendly and helpful! He said he could have someone out within the hour. I set up an appointment for that afternoon (my husband and I were both at work) and my husband went to meet him. The appointment was for 1-4 and I was told he tech would call me before he heads our way. Jared called about 1:30ish and said he was about 10 minutes away.  <br> <br>Everything else that that happened was through my husband as I was stil at work. However, from everything my husband told me, this is such a great company. I was quoted that since I'm a first time customer, the diagnostic service call would only be $29. And that based on my description of our garage door, the approximate cost would be $150-$200. I was very adamant about knowing this due to other reviews stating they were pricey. He assured me that the cost would be as he quoted and if not, they could work something out so we are not left with a broken door! That was so incredible to hear. Great customer service!!! When everything was said and done, they upheld their quote and our final cost was about $250 all together. <br>  <br>Jared the technician was so friendly and he got the job done, quickly and accurately. "Aztec worked around my schedule and came out and replaced it in time to get it covered by the warranty so it only cost me $60 instead of $360. They did a great job and worked around some electrical issues to make it a safe installation. I'll be contacting them shortly to get a new garage door to go with the new opener."

"I needed garage opener repair related to my wiring. I called Superior b/c I’d been unhappy with my previous interaction with a garage door company. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Houston came out and was friendly, professional, personable and competent. He fixed the wiring while explaining to me why and what he was doing. He also did a maintenance check of both doors, and made an adjustment to the garage door opener that wasn’t giving me problems. I highly recommend this company and will use them again."

"Steven was absolutely awesome. He had great ideas on updating the look of the hose without breaking the bank. His crew was very responsive. Had an issue with the guys covering the dryer vent and they fixed it promptly. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. I think you will be really happy with the product and can’t beat the service."
