He also explained during the time of estimate that there are delays in receiving doors right now. However, whenever I questioned the status of my door order, he promptly provided an update and always kept me informed as requested. Once my door arrived he was out here within 2 days and was finished with the install in under two hours. He was professional, prompt, and clean with the workspace. A week later they returned to install the correct decorative panels and install the appropriate length trim. He gave me an estimate and said he would get back with me when the parts arrived. The parts came in and the installation was scheduled. They were very prompt and courteous and got right to work. When the job was finished, I was very impressed with their work (added extra support, ran new lift button wiring and many adjustments to get the door to look right in a very badly framed door opening). "I have used roofers in the past but this company was definitely the best I have ever used. I met the owner when he came out and gave me an estimate. He was friendly and helpful and pricing was very fair. Roof was installed and completed on the same day. Roofers performed every service that the owner said they would do and no corners were cut. This was a full roof job and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the roof or their work. I had a specific way I wanted a downspout to be ran which was a little unusual and the owner himself came out and worked with the installer to make sure it was installed the way I asked for. I have hired a few contractors in the past 8 to 10 years and this company went above and beyond any work I have ever had done. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. "<p><strong>Total lack of communication</strong>.  My garage door opener failed and under my home owners protection plan a service call was requested of Precision Door Service. No one called from Precision so I called them and they said the person that handled that was not in and they would call me. Two days later someone called to set up a service call. </p> <p>Day 3 -The service person came. He checked the door opener and door, said the door opener needed a new circuit board and he would order it. He also pointed out the springs on the door were the wrong ones, I said just fix the door opener.  He said the board would take 3 or 4 days.</p> <p> Day 9 - Still no part or service man. I called Precision and the person I needed to talk to was not in and would call me (Again) 2 days later and still no call. </p> <p>Day 11 - I called ? said they would call back, AGAIN, no call. </p> <p>Day 12 - called homeowner protection co., they will send an email to Precision to call me. Still no call, went to Precision web page and entered a service request with my work order number, finally received a call 2 hours later. They said the part had to be special ordered and should be here in 2 more days.</p> <p> Day 13 - they called and said they would be here the next day.</p> <p> Day 14 - they called and the part did not come in and will be here in 5 more days ? guess they never heard of overnight delivery. Later that day they called and were getting the part ?Overnighted?</p> <p>Day 15 ? Service man arrived and installed the part, it fixed the opener. Had them do replacement of the wrong springs and put in new bearings, cables and drums. All good finally. </p> <p>I forgot to ask for the senior discount, I am over 70 so they should have known I was a senior. Didn?t see any discount on the invoice.</p> <p>Jerry B was very good and correctly fixed the door. Only problem is with the office communications and extremely long time it took to get the part. </p> <br />"
