"This is the 3rd time I have hired Matt. The first was to renovate the interior of my rent house. The second time was to finish the interior of the house I had built and painted the outside. This time was to roof and paint the exterior of my rent house. Matt is very fair with his pricing on work and his crew does very good work. Matt is good at working thru unforeseen problems and is easy to work with."

"Mark Gonzales did a great job repairing the wood rot on my front windows. It took him the best part of two full days and he seemed to do a thorough and professional job. Unlike some providers, his bid seemed very fair, and I felt like I got very good value for the money. I highly recommend him."

"After looking at the job and giving me a quote, they came back the next day and got the whole job done in one day as promised. They used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves so it looked like new."

"We ordered the pad, they sent us a kit to create the template used to make the pad. Was easy to use and sent it back. A few weeks later the pad came and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"Job was done well. Second time I've hired Lux Roofing - excellent both times. Highly recommend."

The first set of replacement dropdown stairs were too big - not their fault.  I was told by the young woman receiving their calls they would have some drywall for patching; they didn't, so I made a run to exchange the stairs and buy drywall. The drywall repair had to dry and was painted on the return trip. The repairs went well and these are decent people working hard at their trade.  Compared to the Lowe's quote alone for installing the dropdown stairs, they were a better deal.  At the time I believe their offer was $200 for 4 hours of work; it is actually 2 hours of work for the two of them.  They had to drive about an hour to my home.  I would feel comfortable using them again for handyman type repairs.

This is actually the second time I have been asked by AL to write this review; I am not totally happy with AL as they seem to bury the reviews so they are hard to find!
