"Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber.
