A call for service to all the regularly mentioned places in Nextdoor resulted in three call backs – Ted and two service companies, who could come in a day or two. Ted asked for the model and symptoms. From his questioning he diagnosed the problem over the phone. And he squeezed me into his schedule and made the repair the same day. He called on Sunday to confirm that he would be there on Monday and the approx. time. He fixed everything and tested it to make sure. He is very clean and neat. Cleaned/vacuumed the excess lint out the inside of the dryer while he had it all apart. Wonderful and will use him again for any appliance repairs. Very responsive, very neat and successful repair."
