"I had two previous repair men and they didn’t go through the entire system like Stan did. He found that there was 3 sensors could have been an issue and he found the one was frozen. After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician. The technicians explain what they are doing, and are always on time. I've had basic cleaning/maintenance service performed, as well as AC repairs over the last few years. Kasidonis kept a really old AC unit running (at my request) for a price I could live with, and bought me one more year. I'll need to replace the unit now, and I will be calling Kasidonis to do it."
