Unlike others we met with, he took the time to fully understand what we were wanting to do along with our budget. He was able to regularly make suggestions in which we could open up more space while also save money. And it wasn’t just Gary that was a pleasure to work with but his entire crew. Whether it was Matt or Ernesto or any of his other crew members, all were polite and treated our home as if it was their own. My wife, kids, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the new, more modern feel of our basement. "the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job.
