Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

Instead, I get an estimate with a vague description of the work to be completed. When I ask for the detailed estimated I literally get no response. I would not do business with this company.
