"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."

"they came out on a Saturday to look at problem, determine a solution and provide free estimate. Found type of existing vent for bath exhaust installed on semi-flat roof they had seen problems with in past. Repair went great; they replaced with proper vent for type of roof. There were two vents replaced. They put down IceDam and sealant around area. While under roof I had them replace duct to the vent and also added plywood to allow me to access attic area easier. Also some added insulation in an area that had been damaged. Ben was easy to work with, knowledgeable, fit this small project into a busy schedule so he had a warm winter day to do roofing."
