"Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"Fabiano and his son did an excellent job. The house is over 100 years old and one is always braced for collateral damage when doing work like removing an old staircase and installing a new one. The removal went smoothly with no problems and the new staircase is beautiful. The work is quality and everything was clean when done. We are extremely happy with the new stairs. "I have a 100+-year-old greenhouse on my property that was in total disrepair. Several builders refused to do the project because it would be too much work. Mike, not only agreed to do the project but he gave us a reasonable price. He offered his professional opinion on areas of concern and actively listened to our wants. He did what we requested even if it made the project harder for him. He was reliable and even showed up to work in 20-degree weather and pouring rain. The project did not go as quickly as he had planned due to supply chain issues but it still was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with the completed project. Repairs were: new roof on garage and shed attached to greenhouse, new shelving inside, new plexiglass and wood frame for greenhouse with custom ventilation, upgraded electric, and plumbing, new doors including custom garage door, cinder block wall repair, removal of old heater. Would definitely hire him again."

"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."
