He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"To begin, the wait for an appointment to install was tooooo long (village permit expired before install). The communications could have been better. The install crew was quick and professional, however after a very long wait for the installation, all of the materials were not provided as well as a damaged window (cracked screen) was installed. Follow-up emails were sent to find out an anticipated date to fix the damaged window and provide the missing screens. The referral segment needs attentions: 1. referred my mom after I paid a deposit and signed a contract for services, but her windows (she had more) were installed before mine. My mom's neighbor received a quote, and asked me for a number to provide a call for approval to purchase. I'm very pleased with my windows, but the overall (start to finish) needs serious tweaking, with customer service being the #1 priority."
