"I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!"

"We can't speak about rate of value since we never received an itemized estimate or invoice upon our request. Everthyhing completed was excellent and he was very personalbe, we joked around and talked about many funny storeies all in good humor. Never took anything personal, however we paid cash and the next time he was to arrive to finish somthings we hired to be done were not completed and he was a no call/no show for additional projects. We requested an itemized statement, receipts and our personal credit card we gave him to purchase items needed for repairs.. We are truly concerned about him and he has not responded to texts or phone calls. We wou;d still like to finish our project, but with an explanation as to why he left. We wish him the best of luck, but are still confused about this depature especially after we gave him his first good review and then paid cash, plus daily tips for he and crew. We also kept them with drinks and food and they had free run of our home. What a gem to lose, but we still need an explanation and the itemized estimate/invoice and credit card returned."

The next day he found the unique part we needed at his distributor and by noon got my heat running. This company is honest caring and gives old fashion service. "Excellent work,made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time.Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper.The stopper is great.All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude.On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done.Will hire for other work in the future."
