"Danny and his crew from Taylor-Made were all polite, professional, and readily updated us on the work completed throughout the process. Several obstacles arose during the renovation, but these were fully explained and completed with no extra fees, etc. We highly recommend Taylor-Made Remodeling and will hire again for several additional home renovation projects."

"B R Construction Services completely remolded our 2 bathrooms and kitchen this summer. . This was our first remodel and we really didn't know what to expect. Bryant walked us through the entire process and gave us lots of recommendations of styles and colors.   It all goes together wonderfully and we Love our new home. The entire crew were all very professional and we felt completely comfortable with them in our home. Our only regret was not doing it sooner. Now we are planning to have them replace all of our windows next year."

"My wife and I had our roof replaced by Jon Wright Industries. GAF Architectural Shingles replaced the 24 year old three tab shingles which often blew off. The installation crew did an exceptional job. We haven’t lost any of the GAF shingles. Our house is one story with an attached three car garage and we have a framed and finished outbuilding, over 7,000 square feet of shingles per the EagleView report. We recommended Jon Wright Industries to our next door neighbor who used them to replace their roof and was happy with our recommendation. We received a call from Jon Wright after our work completed because he wanted to verify we were satisfied. Jon Wright is an exceptional business man running an exceptional organization who takes care of his customers personally. Chuck S."

"Bennett Woodworking did an outstanding job building and installing new kitchen cabinets for my house. The cabinets he built for my kitchen are top-notch quality and beautifully crafted. He gave me several design options for my kitchen that really added to the functionality of the space, and you can tell he really knows his stuff. The painter that Mike brought in to paint the cabinets did a wonderful job as well. Mike was always friendly, professional, and trustworthy to work with. Mike's prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that he put into building and installing my cabinets. He even fixed my front door that kept sticking (free of charge!) I highly recommend Bennett Woodworking and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"It went well. They came when they said they would, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The entire job took agout 3 days. After installing about 6 feet of the trim along the roof, they let me live with it for a half a day to make sure I liked it. I did in fact change my mind from my original choice of color. they gladly made the change and we are pleased with the final results. <br />"

"Mr. Hargrave came to our home and gave us an estimate, in writing.  He did not require any money down or up front.  He and his crew did an abosolutely wonderful job on the entire project.  They were very detail oriented and we could not have been more pleased with everything.  We had numerous neighbors come by and coment on the excellent work and beautiful appearance of the siding, gutters, and windows.  The overall project has added a lot of value to our home.  We go out of our way to recommend Bill Bethke Remodeling to anyone we know who is looking for a contractor to preform remodeling services. <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Clifton, TX

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
