The best part is everything was done on the phone and by email. We didn't have to sit through a long, high pressure sales pitch and feel obligated to buy. Instead, I called Zen, Scott returned my call and heard what I wanted to do. I took rough measurements of the windows, then Scott sent me a quote and answered any questions I had. After a quick measurement of our windows by Zen, they were ordered and installed 5 weeks later. The crew was excellent, I hardly knew they were in our house, and very professional-wearing a mask the entire time they were here. Everything went so well, we decided to replace the rest of the windows in our house using Zen, as well as our sliding glass door, based on the quality of window and workmanship displayed by Zen!
