The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems.
