Come to find out my sewer main was broken so I had to have the city come to make sure that it wasn’t an issue on their side which unfortunately it wasn’t. Had to hire another company to do an emergency dig which will start today in about two hours. Will use Richard again for other projects in my home once my sewer main is fixed."

Ellrott.  He quickly investigated the sewer backup problem, determined the cause and spent time patiently answering our questions to determine the most cost-effective solution.  He then scheduled and completed our job in a timely manner.   The scope of work was clearly defined and the cost was good and fair.  We were also very impressed how they paid attention to detail.  They spent time properly planning their work, planned their piping routes to avoid all conflicts and ensured proper access to other existing equipment (e.g. sump pump, etc).
