"Plainly put, this was the sort of experience you always hope for when you undertake a project around your home. I found Trent on Angie’s List and liked the reviews so I called him and we set up a time for him to come over and review the work. He inspected the area, asked for my input, made reasonable suggestions for the repairs and said he’d work up a price. The e-mail arrived on schedule with a detailed listing of the work to be done and the costs. Also included were a copies of his business license, a certificate of insurance and references. I was able to sign digitally and we set a date for the work to be done. Trent arrived, did the complete job and the place looks great. AWT consistently communicated with me and kept me informed from quote to completion, and their price was very reasonable. The recommendation from Craig made the patio look so much better than what I had in mind. Prior to contacting AWT, I received an initial quote from a competitor that was $3470 more, and when I told them that was ridiculous, they immediately modified it, but it was still $1460 more. There is a small issue with the screen not fully closing, I contacted AWT and they told m they would have Angel to stop by to take a look at it. I highly recommend this company!"

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"We had some problems with our foundation due to the house settling and they had to put in concrete pilings and make sure the house was stable and the work was guaranteed for 50 or 75 years. It was major structural home repair, stabilization work. They were here for several days. They were clean, professional, hard working. They did a good job. IT was expensive, but that kind of job is expensive.I would say it was a fair price. I would recommend them. I think they did a great job, I feel secure. They did everything they said they would do."
