We were working on a short timeline and needed the house interior painted before our furniture was moved in.  Brock worked with our budget so that we were able to have all the rooms painted that we wanted.  It was very easy to communicate with him and he immediately had a grasp on what we wanted.  The job was finished earlier than expected, and was done very professionally. I was very impressed to see how thoroughly the house was prepped for painting, and how thoroughly everything was replaced.  A couple tweaks were needed and his crew had no problem returning to the house promptly to fix them. "I called because our furnace fan on one side was not working. Someone came out that day (even though it wasn't necessary because it was a pretty warm day). The tech found the problem, ordered the part and came back as soon as it was available. Besides the good service, I had another issue. I usually purchase an annual maintenance agreement from TMI and this year, either forgot or didn't get a reminder, so I didn't have the agreement, which allows for a discount on any parts, as well as tune up service twice a year. The Company allowed me to purchase the agreements retroactive and applied the discount on the part needed to fix the furnace. Nice thing to do...

"Jared Pourciau is tenacious and skilled. He came out on a Sunday before Labor Day and worked thru the rain and heat to try and resolve my clogged drain. Ultimately, due to it being Sunday and not being able to rent the needed equipment, he was unable to remove the clog. Jared did the absolute best he could with the equipment on-hand. Going above and beyond, he re-configured the drain under my kitchen sink and properly connected my garbage disposal as it had been done incorrectly when fist installed. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of an all around handy-man."
