"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"These guys are exceptional. We called Farina Roofing to come take a look at our roof which was in need of replacement. Ricardo and Rafael came out promptly to inspect the roof and provided us with an estimate right away. Their professionalism was unparalleled to other companies we met with and we were even more impressed by the quality of their work. Their crew was excellent and we are so pleased with the outcome. We definitely recommend them for any roofing project and would hire them back in the future."

"As a facilities manager I have relied on O.T.I. for the last several years. They have replaced several roofs on some of our properties. Our roof projects have had a price range of $50,000 to $150,000. They have also been our general contract for several other projects inwhich they have always come through for us. In most cases in a pinch with tight timelines."
