"I retained the services of Jose Leon Handyman to retain/repaint a small decorative maintenance shed belonging to the land trust of which I am president. The job included pre-washing/cleaning of cedar shingles, replacing several broken shingles, and replacing the cedar shutters, as well as fixing a number of small problems that were discovered while Mr. Leon was working for us; as well as the added job of resealing a small asphalt court and painting a hop-scotch court thereon. Although Mr. Leon's rates are not cheap, they are reasonable and competitive. I would again retain the services of Jose Leon Handyman and recommend him to others.
