"His team arrived one afternoon and set forms ,They carefully measured all angles and inclines. They arrived 7 a.m. the next day to finish the forms and put in rebar and the only wait was from the concrete company to come to pour.. Even with that all was done by the evening. The work was all professionally done. His team worked exceptionally well together. He even offered to and will bring in fill to smooth everything out next week and included sealer in the price.  <br /> <br /> I have never seen a more professional competent contractor and I have worked with many over the years."

"Pat was punctual with his estimate and followed up with me to review the estimate.  His contract was thorough, included documentation of work to be done and the expectations of both T. S. Phoenix and myself.  He was punctual when starting the job and completed it on schedule.  During the job, he explained what he was doing and why, what materials he was using and why, and told me what to expect going forward.  Good communication both before and during the job.  Professional in all ways. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Clinton, MT

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
