"I hired Perfectos to clean out and organize my garage. I had lots of boxes I needed broken down and furniture I needed hauled out. They arrived on time and got it all done in a few hours. I am super impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing help with cleaning or projects around the house."

"Working with Deluca, Inc., on my 2nd floor remodel was truly a pleasure, and when I remodel my lower level basement, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. When I was looking for a builder to do a complete renovation on the second story of my older home (c. 1949), Deluca, Inc., was very responsive about meeting to give me an estimate. For that reason alone, I give Deluca, Inc., an A+ -- I found it challenging to get other builders to even look at my remodel job, much less give me an estimate as quickly and efficiently as Deluca, Inc., did. Even before I signed a contract, Zach offered to deliver sheets of plywood since the floor had been removed to remediate vermiculite. I had been maneuvering around upstairs on only the floor joists for months as I tried to plan and prepare for remodeling this space. They carried the plywood upstairs and spread it out as a makeshift floor, at no charge, to allow me to move around easier – WOW!
Zach was willing to work with me as I struggled to reuse and adapt secondhand building materials in my remodel. For example, he identified old shelving I had salvaged from the demolition as mahogany that he would eventually sand and restain as the window and door trim. He helped me think through the tile design for the bath/shower stall, and he made suggestions about incorporating details into the final design of many aspect of the renovation. At his suggestion, we installed a built‑in daybed in a small dormer area under the window. It is now a favorite sleeping area – we love it!
I could tell from the start that Deluca, Inc., was going to be a good fit for my remodel. Zach and his staff are very professional. They are competent and intelligent and they get the job done without a lot of drama. Having been through remodels and home construction before, I knew I wanted to hire someone who was punctual, knowledgeable, accessible, and able to get the job done correctly. One of the best qualities about Deluca, Inc., is that their high quality work is done on time and on budget, and they do it with a smile. They are honest, easy going and genuinely nice people, and when I asked for changes they made corrections and accommodations in a respectful and thoughtful manner. Whenever Zach ran into problems or tricky situations during construction, he didn’t give up or put the problem back on my shoulders - he stuck with it and persisted until he found a solution. Remodeling has the potential to create a lot of frustration and anxiety, and Zach and his crew are a refreshing alternative to make it feel like a breeze – I would go so far as to even say fun!
"

"The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate. They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard. Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs. We really couldn't ask for a better experience. Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others."

"They were recommended by Sears to remove an old Jenn Air stove and
replace it with a new Jenn Air stove. We have an old house and there is
no way to install an overhead fan/vent for a stove, and the old stove
was installed in the early 1970s. So we had no other replacement
choices. In short, due to a wide variety of problems related to the
prior installation being done wrong, differing counter top heights on
either side of the new drop-in stove (old one was free standing),
sloping floor, and new stove design affecting installation, there were
multiple problems. It took far longer than anticipated to get the new
stove in place; and , in spite of many efforts (they have installed
several hundred stoves for Sears) it just wasn't right. They agreed to
return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part
and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve
the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back
and reinstalled the stove. And it looks great.
"

"This was a huge job, and Erhart Construction handled it well from beginning to end. Jerry did the initial inspection that confirmed the damage we suspected and contacted the SIP company to file our claim. He met their engineer at our house, took core samples for them, and did all follow-up with the company --no small amount of work! And this was all done before we signed a contract that guaranteed him the job.
We received a partial settlement from the SIP company since the damage was their fault. However, since their warranty only stated that they were liable for the actual product they replaced (not for any damage that resulted because of their negligence), our portion was substantial. Jerry did a great job of walking us through the process of what needed to be done and helping to eliminate unnecessary items so that we could stay within our budget. He fielded an enormous number of questions and "what if's" and reworked his entire plan for doing the project at least three times before we came up with something that we all felt was suitable.
By the time work began on this project, our family had re-located (due to job situation), and my mother was left living in the home. I felt completely comfortable leaving Erhart Construction in charge of the job, even though we were moving across the country. Jerry was great about returning e-mails and calls in a timely manner and kept us in the loop on how things were progressing.
He notified us about unexpected issues that arose (like the moldy bathroom sub-floor) and gave us different options on how to resolve those issues. He allowed my mom to pick up materials for things she was particularly interested in (like bathroom tile, light fixtures, etc.), which enabled us to save some cost on materials (she got a full pallet of tile for less than $100!) He upgraded the shingles on our roof to a higher quality and increased the R-factor in our roof by putting more toward materials than toward labor. He also re-used materials that were still in good condition whenever possible -- another factor that kept our costs within budget.
Since we still live across the country and are currently re-locating out of the country, I haven't seen the finished worked in person. Jerry sent photos with the final statements that document all of the work completed, and they look great! My brother, who visited there recently, was awed by how good it all looks and the attention to detail. And my mother, who's lived through the whole process, is extremely pleased with the end result.
Overall, we couldn't be happier and will recommend Erhart Construction to everyone who asks.
"

"Overall pretty good. I felt like he was rushed. He was painting my dining room in between another bigger job. It took him 4 weeks to finish. I had to have him come back and do touch ups. He was very professional. I just think he was very busy.
"

"The key to any successful remodel is communication and flexibility. Cole was very attentive to my needs and requirements and provided valuable suggestions in addition to excellent craftsmanship.
He suggested a way to save on the tile required for the floor and shower. He also found a very reasonably priced source for the cabinetry. I saved so much through his suggestions that I was able to afford a custom granite top.

From beginning to end the job went very smoothly. Cole was on the job and the work progressed smoothly, exactly as he promised. He was on-site when he said he would be and completed each stage of the work as he predicted. If I had questions, he was easy to reach.
The dry wall sub he brought in was also excellent and did a superb job matching the texture and finish of the existing wall.

All in all a terrific job and I am very happy with the results."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Clinton, MT

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
