"I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed. <br /> I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims. "I heard of them through my neighbor.  They had professional equipment and got the job done quickly.  I have and would recommend them to my neighbors as well as others.  The person who performs the job is excellent and he gives military as well as senior discounts.  He provides free estimates for commercial as well as residential purposes.  He charges by weekly or monthly rates.  His pricing was excellent but was a little more expensive than a couple of others who I had spoken to.  I did not mind as he removed all the debris from where he cut the shrubs and cleaned up really well.  I would use them again in the future."

"My first contact with Howell's Masonry was a telephone call was with the owner, Mr.Ken Howell. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He had a thorough knowledge of masonry issues common in this area and my problem in particular.  He gave me an estimate in about a week and a contract was signed a few weeks later.  One minor negative experience concerned his inability to give me an exact start and finish date.  However, after a few weeks of waiting, his crew arrived and worked diligently for three days.  I am happy with the outcome but the price did seem somewhat high.  Overall, I will not hesitate to contract again with Mr. Howell or recommend him."
