"it went amazing. Even though it was not a very large job, Ed came out three times to discuss project and my reservations. He was punctual, very informative and very congenial. I hired him and although we had some delays caused by wet weather, he finished the job earlier this month. His crew was outstanding in every way. "Larry came out for an estimate quickly.  I had to postpone work a bit because of some other issues with the house.  When I was ready to go, Larry came back out and we went through everything again.  This time a few other issues were brought to light.  I went with Foundation Experts because the recommendations seemed more logical than other ideas that had been proposed by other companies.  Once the contract was signed, work began quickly.  Quite a few workers were there for different aspects of the job.  Everyone was very friendly and professional.  Andy was involved in different aspects of the project than the others and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why.  The job didn't really take too much time and was spread out over 2 days.  Everything looks good.  The initial reason for my call to them was because of water pouring into my basement when it rains.  Hoping that what they did will do the trick.  Time will tell.
I have a few future projects in mind for them in the future.

"From the beginning explaining what their company is to the last day of work and painting all of  the workers were extremely professional. The first time we called they were punctual in coming in and setting us up with an appointment. When they came to our house they used a swab and tested our basement confirming we had mold. Their team came in dug up a trench inside and ourside installed their purifying system and bombed the basement to rid the mold. They also painted downstairs once done. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
