Then it come to the installation i was so happy with it, it only took two days to install nine windows. His installers were professional, they clean after them self and got the job done right.

There has been some minor rotting of the wood in both locations due to wet conditions over the years. They installed new weatherproof aluminum flashing over both locations and caulked appropriately. They showed up on time with a 7-man crew, so the job was completed in one day. Six years after the job was done, my basement is still bone dry - so dry it actually gets dusty! My crawlspace is so low a person can only crawl around, but they did a great job there, as well, installing a thick white vapor barrier."

Each gentleman from this business was polite, courteous, and hard working. I felt so badly because the concrete the men had to drill through was much thicker than expected and the water since the ground was so saturated kept flowing in and so they had to do so much extra work! They did not complain one bit and worked so incredibly hard to finish in a timely manner and unfortunately for them it took them until almost 6pm but they worked diligently until the job was done! I was so impressed with everyone from start to finish and appreciated all they did to keep everything clean and tidy up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again if needed and I highly recommend them! I thought the price was very fair especially in light of all the extra work but they did not charge me extra money for that!
