"Excellent grade of flooring material and professional workmanship of installation."

"Wonderful! They showed up, gave an estimate, we chose a material, was given a date for installation, was installed on the date promised. Looks fabulous. Job well done! Love my new floors."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"They were total professional. The people working in my house did a wonderful job. The whole job was more involved than expected but was handled with ease. My whole house interior was patched, sanded and beautifully painted. Lights were installed and curtain rods and huge paintings were hung. Just amazing!"

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."

"Pete and his crew did a great job on the installation of wood flooring in our home. Despite some difficulties with our floors due to multiple additions, they went above and beyond to give us floors that we can be proud of. Additionally, they provided throw rugs for our family room which are just beautiful. I can post tell you how pleased I am with the work they performed. Pete is a great guy who is very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Floors Direct for all your flooring needs."

"We had a flooring job we needed to have completed in a finite window of time (old tenant was moving out and we had a week before we absolutely had to move in). From the getgo Ricardo was professional, timely, and responsive. He showed up as scheduled to see the unit, sent us the quote the next day and completed the work in the time he said he would. And our floors look GORGEOUS. The apartment looks completely different than the one we purchased. We couldn't be happier with him (and his crew's) work."

"Ulysses and his crew were very respectful, communicated well over a multi-day job, and did a fantastic job re-finishing my hardwood floors! Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend!"

"Very good.  Not all the stains came up completely on the family room carpet but some of those stains pre-date our purchase of the house in 2010.
