They were courteous and took their time assessing the issues. They surveyed the property, dug things up, located 45 sprinkler heads, etc., and was able to pinpoint the issues and repair my sprinkler system. Irrigation is all they do, they’re experts and when you function at that level that’s all you need to do. Highly recommend! "I have hired Tanzer Sprinklers for 2 jobs now. Their service is excellent. On the first job the salesman came out and had all the literature pertaining to the products he was going to install. The prices were very competitive. I had 3 estimates done. Tanzer was not the cheapest, however they were giving me the best equipment. When I asked other estimates for the exact same setup/equipment, they couldn't do better. The installation team is also excellent. They took care of my property and I got to watch them use advanced equipment for the first system install, and for the second install on our new home they had to dig trenches by hand in the rain. "Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. Our water pressure was on the low side so with the advice of Joel went with a newer style mist combo rotor head to combat the pressure issues. When everything was installed and the team was cleaning up, Joel programmed the sprinkler system timer to an app on my phone and taught me how to use it. "Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

"We'd bought a house with a yard that had been neglected for a number of years, and was overgrown with large self-seeded trees. Steve came in and was immediately more knowledgeable about the trees than the guy from Bartlett Tree Services. He was also very straightforward, listened to what I wanted, and also able to offer his thoughts on what needed to be done. He is a certified arborist.

Steve and his great, and very polite, team came in and removed 7 large trees, and then shaped and cleared up the many remaining large trees.  They also cleared up a lot of overgrown shrubs, cleared an area of weeds and vines, and trimmed down a very overgrown privet hedge to regrow. The whole process took 3 days and they left the yard immaculate (with a few remaining jobs that they are going to come back and finish off when Spring starts).

The yard now looks "park-like" in the words of a visitor who came by - it went from an untended forest to a beautiful open space, with trees that now look like specimen trees in a park.

I've been very impressed with Steve, and Paul who is Steve's backup guy in the office. Steve is very professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping, tree care and planting. I am now continuing to work with them on ongoing projects to create my garden, including installing a deer fence, laying a formal lawn, preparing large flower beds and eventually laying a slate terrace, and new driveway (Steve is also a trained mason). In all ongoing discussions they are very open to follow my ideas, and watch my budget very carefully so I really feel like I am getting very good value and service for my money."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. If you are waiting for work to be done just know that it is worth it! Thanks Rightway!!!"

"Knowledgable, inexpensive and VERY helpful!
So... to sum it up,
Eddy was the most knowledgable person we have spoken to about trees.
The quote for trimming the remaining trees in the yard was extremely
cheap.  He was so helpful not only on the
trees we called about, but on recommendations for the future as well!
Now here's the down and dirty...
A certified Aroborist came out for a free estimate to check out our yard.
 He was on time and very nice.  We called to have him look at our
redwoods which haven't been looking so great recently, but he started in
the front yard and gave us some free advice on our trees out there as
well as the backyard.
When we went to the backyardto look at our
redwoods, he said they look healthy and are starting to come back to
life... basically, we don't need his services!!  (Another guy who was
not certified said he would trim it for $600!!!).  Eddy from Double Tree
service (not the other guy) said to leave the remaining 6 trees
alone this season and call him in 6-10 months to come back for a
trimming.
He was SO knowledgable.  Immediately he asked when
we had the patio slate put in, and attributed that to the health of our
trees (apparently the roots had been dug out and the dirt in the back
suffocated the roots on the far side?!  Who knew?).  But he recommended
that we wait to see how the tree responds before trimming it.
The rough estimated quote for trimming all the trees and possibly removing
one (that would eventually damage the slate and brick wall) was
EXTREMELY reasonable.
Bottom line... THEY ARE THE BEST!!!  Definitely hire these guys above anyone else... your wallet and yard will thank you for it.
