I called at 5:45pm expecting to get an answering machine but James answered. I told him that our sewer had backed up into our shower and that this was the third time in the past six weeks it had happened. Unfortunately, the line was so backed up that it didn?t do anything to change the water levels. James didn?t need to do the additional rodding into the main city line he could have stopped right after our main line but that is the exceptional service you get with Gentile Plumbing.
