"There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... "Jeanette cld. to confirm appt. which was appreciated, and Danny was prompt.  Both of these two ESI employees are above par with courtesy and manners.  Danny is knowledgeable and patient about explaining any problems.  The only issue that was not good was that Danny, who'd come out to inspect our raised foundations, had no crawl suit nor safety glasses/gloves to do the job properly.  It is impossible to lean down or partially enter the back crawl space with a flashlight and see the area that we are concerned about, as a long solid concrete wall/footing is in the way.  It must be crawled.  We loaned Danny one of our clean crawl suits that were used in our work.  This was the only unprofessional slip-up that Danny made, as he surely should have the proper tools to do the job...(crawlsuit, safety glasses) before he arrives to inspect any raised foundation.  His explanations were great, he is patient and kind, and the bid is reasonable.

"I initially talked to Build A Dream’s Nick & Sean about painting the exterior of my place, one thing led to another, and they also painted the interior. Turns out my almost 80 year old home on a hill also had foundation issues, which they took care of, and my crumbling retaining wall which held my back yard from joining my main structure, is now a strait structure that I have no worries from. The outside looks beautiful, so much so, that old friends have stopped by to say How beautiful it looks. And one person referred to the interior as, “it makes me feel happy.” I never liked seeing vintage homes with new “plastic looking” windows. But now my old, single paned French windows are now modern double paned pull up quiet—and what a Difference it made! My tenant said a bus which goes by a 615am no longer wakes him up. And I can really enjoy the views. And I love the look. "I signed up with these guys about two months ago, we started out with a free estimate and then I signed up with them to have my drawings done and they handled all the city stuff. The work has started as of this month (October) and so far I am happy with the job, Lesly and Deena have been coming at least twice a week to check on the job, and she gives me updates on what's going on since I am new with all the construction language. The guys are very hard working (considering the fact that they work all day in the sun). They are respectful of my house and always ask me question as well.
