"The work was scheduled a few days after I contacted Dove.  He provided a fixed price for completing three of the projects and an hourly estimate for the fourth.  The electrician was on time both visits.  I was given a two hour window for the second visit and the electrician called to say he would arrive closer to the end time due to traffic.  The electricians were very professional.  They reviewed my requirements with me to make certain they completed the work the way I wanted.  They completed the work quickly.  Importantly they put down drop clothes in all areas where they worked and walked to avoid getting any dirt on our floors.  They cleaned up after them selves.  At all times they were courteous and demonstrated a respect for our home and belongings.  I will use Dove for any future work.

"George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."

"They were very professional. Arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They were very careful with my belongings and cleaned before and after installation. "Generally, it went well. I was told exactly what they were going to do before they did the work. The first day, I was taken aback at the price of the work, I assumed the original request would not be such an ordeal, so they allowed me time to consider the work and price while they fixed the toilet. I did decide to go ahead with Top Contender, and I am glad I did. They opened up the wall opposite the faucet, shower head, etc, and found rotten wood, which they replaced, cut away old pipes that were causing electrolysis, reinforced the pipes with staples(not sure of the technical terms), and patched up their work after replacing the shower head, faucet and spout. They were thorough. I had to add additional work to the kitchen faucet problem after cleaning under the sink and notice a crack on the pipe and ask if they would replace it after they fixed the faucet. The issue with the faucet was that it looked like it should have been stuck in the wall a lot further. I wanted to add tile on the wall behind the sink and the faucet stuck out of the wall. The exposed section was covered nicely and I am able to slide the piece, install the tile, and slide the piece back to the wall - problem solved. They did remove the plumbing underneath the sink with new, ABS p-trap assembly. Before they worked in the bathroom, they papered the floor from the front door through the bathroom, used any parts I had on hand, and aired out the bathroom during the entire time. They did clean up, better than most.. not perfect (but I would only notice that).."
