He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. "A&D stepped in to take on this project when we had to 'fire' the original contractor for a variety of reasons (long story). A&D did the demolition of the old cabinets and coordinated the electrical and plumbing updates, painting, backsplash installation and detail work such as installing a new pantry door. We were installing IKEA cabinets and used a company that does this work for IKEA around the country and the same for countertop fabrication and installation. We had used A&D for water mitigation problems previously and found the company to be reliable, responsive in an emergency, professional, friendly and easy to work with. This was consistently true with the kitchen renovation where there was added complexity with the number of service providers involved. We are starting our next project with A&D in early January with a master bath reno, laundry/utility room repair and installation of new hardwood floors - all being done due to a water leak that A&D handled. A&D has already been involved with this project, providing guidance through the insurance claim process which, through no fault of A&D's, was very frustrating and took months. It's really a relief to have a service provider you can trust."

He helped me fix a door that wasn't shutting properly and he also helped me with my hardwood flooring project. They helped me find a solution that was not only simple but saved me money too.
