"Our popcorn ceiling in garage was split and falling down taking the garage door motors with it. These guys came in and removed the ceiling and garage motors and garage doors. So hardworking and prompt. We couldn’t ask for better service. Also had a ceiling fan replaced. We also have a very odd sized window that they will replace. There is nothing they can’t accomplish and it made for an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend using Steve Scott’s company for all your home repairs. "The service rep was quite unprofessional. Appeared a bit unkept, very young- which wouldn't normally matter - but the way the quote was handled was not business appropriate. He immediately said he would have to rip out and remove the entire existing shower without trying to see if he could pinpoint the problem. Other companies gave me several options for fix&repair vs entire removal and replacement - but this guy only gave me complete replacement. Said it couldn't be done any other way. <br />"

"Bruce and his son, Matthew, did a good job on this replacement project. They gave me several options for door types and explained our options for doing the work. Because the door size was a special order I agreed to pay their door vendor directly so all they were responsible for was the labor. It took a week or so for the door to arrive. They picked it up, brought it over an quickly had it in place. They even painted the exterior for us. Very well done. Since then I have hired Bruce for several other small projects around the house and each one has been handled professionally and with a smile. He's our Handyman now!"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
